Ken was born in Springfield Massachusetts, he grew up as a preacher's kid, living most of his childhood in Minnesota (He's a Viking fan).
Ken trusted Christ as his savior as a youngster. He graduated from Cedarville University in 1969. While there he submitted to the Lord Jesus Christ. He majored in Bible and minored in speech studies. Ken went on to graduate from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1973, majoring in Bible.
Ken has served as pastor in four churches during his 40+ years in ministry. He has been involved in four interim pastorates in the past 5 years.
The most important things in his life are God, his family, evangelism, and fishing!
Matt joined the Community Church staff in October of 2017, to minister to Middle-High School Students.
Matt has been in Student Ministry since 2008 and has served in churches in Pennsylvania and Wyoming. He earned a Youth Ministry Certification through Wartburg Seminary.
He, along with his wife Brittany and their two children come to us from Greensburg, PA (about 30 minutes East of Pittsburgh).

Miss Brittany joined the Community Church staff in August 2019 to joyfully teach our children nursery-5th grade about Jesus and building a relationship with Him, the beautiful Truth of scripture, and that our kids are so dearly loved by their church!
She is passionate about equipping families to grow their domestic church- it has been proven that the most effective discipleship of kids happens when "church" happens within our homes!
She and Matt have been blessed with many wonderful years of marriage, 2 fantastic daughters and amazing opportunities to share the Gospel during their time in Ministry together.
Laura joined the Community Church staff in Oct 2019. Laura was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan an has been living in Sturgeon Bay with her husband Brandon for 10 years. Laura has attended Community Church since submitting to Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 2018.
