KIDZONE Curriculum
For our Children's Ministry on Sundays, we use Explore the Bible, from Lifeway.
This three-year curriculum invites kids to experience the biblical text from
cover-to-cover and to encounter Scripture in a way that sticks.
The goal is to encourage Kids to dig into God's Word!
Book-by-Book Bible Study
Using a book-by-book format, every session brings the Bible to life through rich study and engaging Bible objects. This equips kids with foundational Bible knowledge and skills, and encourages them to live what they learn everywhere they go. In every session, Lifeway’s Bible Skills for Kids provides kids with a specific Bible skill they can build upon for the rest of their lives.
Explore at Home
Explore the Bible at home resources connects adults with what kids are studying, providing a devotional thought and family Bible reading plan. The KIDS Family Cards also provide a connection to the main points of each weekly lesson.
The App
One of the greatest ways to continue exploring the Bible at home is by using the Explore the Bible: Kids app (from Lifeway Kids). The app is free, and can be downloaded in the iTunes App Store. The app includes ways for preschoolers, kids, and parents to interact with the weekly Bible stories and content. Click Here for more info on the app.
Bible Recommendations
We use the Christian Standard Bible (CSB) translation for our Sunday teaching and take home materials. This also aligns
with Sunday sermons and the Student Ministry. There are several age appropriate options for
