ASSOCIATE PASTOR

I was raised in a Christian home in southeastern Wisconsin where I was taught from as early as I can remember that Christ is sufficient and the Gospel is precious. During my formative years, the Lord placed in my life several godly mentors and friends who discipled me and challenged me to grow in my personal faith in Jesus Christ, but also sparked a desire in me for the pastoral life. So, after college, I moved to Louisville, Kentucky where I served in the local church and completed a Masters of Divinity and a Masters of Theology in Old Testament at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. During that time, I worked in Christian education helping individuals to start schools arounds the country and developed a passion for holistic discipleship. At SBCC, it's my joy and privilege as a pastor to be a witness to what God is doing in and for his people at SBCC through the preaching of the word and prayer.

I'm married to Amily, and we have a son named Jack. In my free time, I love reading books of all kinds or watching the Milwaukee Bucks!
